The Applejacks (UK band)

The Applejacks was a UK pop and beat group in the 1960s, who had a number 7 hit in the UK Singles Chart in 1964, with the Les Reed and Geoff Stephens penned, "Tell Me When". All members of the group met as members of a Scout group in Shirley, near Solihull, where they had formed in early 1961, and were originally known as The Crestas and then as The Jaguars from December 1961, becoming The Applejacks in July 1962.
The follow-up single release was "Like Dreamers Do", which was written by Paul McCartney.
