The Anschutz Corporation

The Anschutz Corporation was started by Philip Anschutz in 1965 and was initially involved in oil and gas drilling[citation needed]. Over the years Anschutz has diversified his interests, which today include the Anschutz Entertainment Group and a controlling interest in the Regal Entertainment Group[citation needed]. The corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Anschutz Company along with the Anschutz Investment Company, a holding company for Anschutz's investments in over 100 companies[citation needed].
