The Adventures of Mimi is the DVD of American pop/R&B singer-songwriter Mariah Carey which documented her 2006 summer concert tour, The Adventures of Mimi Tour. It was released on Blu-Ray disc on April 15th.[1].A new 2-DVD set was released April 16, 2008 in Japan.[2].Also a 3 Disc Deluxe Edition was released on April 15, 2008[3].

Recorded during the 2006 The Adventures of Mimi Tour. The DVD was shot at her show in Anaheim, California on October 8, 2006 at Honda Center. It is Carey's first DVD release since #1's (1999), a compilation of music videos.[4]

- The first shipment in Brazil was 6,000 (AA0006000). In only 5 days the DVD was sold-out, and the demand for it was high. Universal Music confirmed that they were doing the best they could to ship more copies to stores. The second shipment for the DVD in Brazil was 5,000 copies (AB0005000) shipped to stores, and it sold-out in mid January. The third shipment for the DVD was already solicited by the label and it's already circulating around the country, it was 7,000 copies (AC0007000) shipped to stores. As of end of February, the DVD has been certified gold (25,000 copies shipped to stores) by the ABPD. If it sells 50,000 copies, it is certified platinum.
- In Asia, the DVD reached a peak of #1 on Taiwan DVD/VCD Chart, for two weeks. In Japan's first week of sales it hit #1 on the HMV Sales Chart!
- Soundscan confirmed that in the month of December, The Adventures of Mimi DVD had sold a total of 36,160 copies in the U.S.[7]
