They take him to the hospital, and Brendan gives him his phone number for any emergencies, as the boy seems scared. When C.T. Brendan finds this alarming, as his father had never told him this, and rushes to his house, where he finds C.T. dead in his car in the garage (it is assumed he commited [1]). Ty helps Brendan to make it seem like an accident, because if not C.T.'s wife and kids will not be able to get hold of his pension, and will be unable to survive. Meanwhile, Carlos struggles to tell Holly that he loves her, acting awkard around her; but when Holly is involve in a coffee shop explosion, Carlos desperately rushes to help her, thus realizing he loves her. Because of the magnitude of the explosion (which leaves various casualties), Cruz and his anti-crime squad turns up at the location. After investigating one of the men injured in the explosion, Maritza discovers that he is acting suspicious and decides to investigate him. As soon as she realizes that this man had stolen someone else's identity, an FBI agent, Rice, turns up at the 55th Precinct telling her that this man is a terrorist they had been looking for a long time. They both work along and find out his adress, and go to arrest him. When Cruz takes the man to interrogation, he suddenly starts spitting blood, which leads them to think that there is something wrong going on. When they examine his body, they find radiation burns and discover that this man is fabricating [2]. While all of this is happening, Faith goes to visit Bosco at the hospital, who is slowly recovering from the shot wounds he received in [3].
