[edit] Rabiah

When the plane of Rabiah refracted, Taysir was created five times- each Taysir skilled in one type of Mana. Taysir was the strongest wizard who had ever lived, a fusion of five Taysirs who lived in different planes of Rabiah (the pupil, the goatherd, the nomad, the monk and the child). Nailah, a Rabian sorceress, plotted to use the power of the Taysirs against them, to aid her in her plans of conquering the planes. She convinced the black Taysir to kill the others, but, after merging with his other selves, he made himself the most powerful planeswalker until Urza. Taysir rebelled against Nailah, but, with her last breath, she banished Taysir from Rabiah forever.

[edit] Dominaria

3500 years ago Taysir met the young planeswalker Kristina of the Woods, and he became her mentor. He loved Kristina with great passion, but it brought him only grief because it was a selfish love that did not really care about the woman at its center. During the Ice Age both became trapped in the Shard. They formed part of the Covenant of the Shard.

[edit] Ulgrotha

After the escape from the Shard Taysir found a new pupil in the battlemage/planeswalker Ravidel. 220 years before the present Sandruu the Minotaur learned to walk the planes. Sandruu met Kristina and they fell in love. The jealous Taysir followed Sandruu to the Homelands where he caused destruction. He banished Sandruu to another world. Feroz in turn banished Taysir and spoke his Ban. Later Ravidel used the moxen to recall Taysir to Dominaria.

[edit] Phyrexia

Together with Kristina and his stepdaughter Daria, Taysir formed part of the ‘Nine Titans’ who fought with Urza against Yawgmoth. On Phyrexia, Taysir suffered the deaths of Kristina and Daria, both victims of the scheming dragon planeswalker, Tevesh Szat. Urza realized Szat's betrayal and promptly killed him. Urza admitted that he had anticipated Szat's betrayal and wanted to use the planeswalker's life energy to power the soul bombs which would cause violent rifts in the spheres of Phyrexia when detonated. Urza planned to use these weapons to destroy Phyrexia once and for all. Unfortunately, Urza was later swayed by his sworn enemy, Yawgmoth, and betrayed Taysir by draining his life energy too.
