[edit] Pronunciation

How do you pronounce 'Lowrie'? Is in pronounced 'Laurie', or 'Laa-wrie'? HyperHobbes 15:39, 25 September 2005 (UTC)

I disagree that this is a childrens book and I think it should be changed. If someone else reads this and agrees change it. and I read it as 'Laurie'

Seconded. There's many ideas and principles in the book that children would most definitely not understand –- kungming·2 (Talk) 05:10, 2 May 2006 (UTC)

I disagree. The novel was sold as a children's book, the main characters are almost all children, and, if nothing else, I read it when i was nine and understood it perfectly.Strdst grl (talk) 17:58, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

--- Is there seriously a need for an explanation of the title like that? Surely it would be better to say something like, "Lowrie's wish list, from which the novel gets its name..."?

[edit] Minor character?

I can't really agree that God would be a minor character in the book, seeing as he never appears, and never is mentioned. 213.65.81.4 (talk) 14:37, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
