Well, some one might want to change the link for "Jennifer Lopez", because it takes you to a page of the famous Jennifer Lopez. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.209.201.170 (talk • contribs) 13:23, 17 November 2004

- From Wiktionary: fact (n) - Information about a particular subject. As far as I know the meterologists and logos are information about this particular subject. Do you also object to the mention of the logos of CBS or NBC or the mentions of Walter Cronkite or Dan Rather on their respective articles? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.240.248.69 (talk • contribs) 06:51, 19 October 2005
Jennifer Lopez (meteorologist)
Why is she even credited on TWC as "Jennifer Lopez" to begin with?! Who are TWC trying to make us think the actual-and-well-known J. Lo is a meteorologist?! But if it was to attract attention, I'll go with that. --Roadrunner3000 00:58, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Weather Channel should use late 1970s weather maps
What do you think?
Proposed Mergers
This page links to a dozen substub bios of various meterologists. I propose merging these bios into the main article, except for any bios that are noteworthy enough to merit more than two or three paragraphs.
Merge
- Kristina Abernathy
- Stephanie Abrams
- Mike Bettes
- Eboni Deon
- Paul Goodloe
- Jennifer Lopez (meteorologist)
- Warren Madden
- Jeff Morrow
- Kim Perez
- Dave Schwartz
- Terri Smith
Keep
If you have any more to add, put them here on the Weather Channel talk page. — Lovelac7 18:13, 30 November 2005 (UTC)
Other
How about instead creating a new article called List of Weather Channel Personalities (past and present)? Would that be a great idea? But before all of that, can we ge sone short bios of other OCMs, like Sharon Resultan and Alexandra Steele?--Roadrunner3000 23:05, 30 November 2005 (UTC)
- Roadrunner, I have merged all of the OCM pages (except Jim Cantore and John Hope) into one page called List of meteorologists for the Weather Channel. (I also include abbrieviated bios of Cantore and Hope with links to the more fleshed-out articles.) If you want to add bios for Resultan and Steele, it will be easy to create a new section under that page. — Lovelac7 00:37, 1 December 2005 (UTC)
Australian "Weather Channel"
Someone with knowledge of the Australian-based "Weather Channel" needs to develop a page based on this totally seperate Australian cable weather network, apart from the more famous one in the U.S.

Wow, did Weather Channel pay for this site? It practically looks like their home page! I thought Wikipedia was "just the facts" not bios on every person who ever set foot in their doors and every logo the company ever had? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.118.78.4 (talk • contribs) 18:15, 19 September 2005
The Weather Channel executives know what is on.
The Weather Channel - Bringing Weather to Life ™
65.54.
STORM STORIES?!?! at 11:00 PM. Ugh. Why those dirty bastards.
Well, these shows didn't air which was on the TWC schedule for a short time. The Weather Channel executives probably knew that I was a fool? Well, I think bad management has broke all loose at the network. I wanted to see "Charlie the Red Dog" on the Weather Channel, later in CST, in fact, they didn't air it.
