This entire article is based on a misunderstandment. The show shown on Nordic TV has a different name and history in english see http://www.tvparty.com/xmas-disney.html for instance Carewolf (talk) 23:14, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
- Interesting, the synopsis of the Swedish show does look like it is derived from the Walt Disney Christmas show. Maybe it is only the danish that is derived from the Disneyland episode. I will have to study this. Carewolf (talk) 23:36, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
- Feeling silly here replying to myself. Okay the synopsis on the swedish article does not match the show The Walt Disney Christmas Show. The later is in black and white, and features Walt Disney in person, and many other things that doesn't fit. And I can prove for a fact that many clips in the swedish show does in fact come from the show From All of Us to All of You. I think I remember the Swedish show as similar to the one in Denmark, I and know that the one in Denmark was infact originally From All of Us To All of You. On the other hand the synopsis of the Swedish show is in many ways different from the Danish. Could someone from Sweden please take a look at the link in the first comment and check? - The Swedish show is definitely the one described as "From All of Us to All of You". So, this page should either be renamed, or the content should be moved to a new article... -- Kildor (talk) 11:54, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
- The Swedish show did feature Walt Disney in person during the first few years, but it was later removed. I seem to understand that SVT originally broadcasted "The Walt Disney Christmas Show", but later made lots of changes to it, including adding several clips from "From All of Us to All of You". - I guess the main difference is how the clips are framed. In From All of Us... the frame is a stage with Mickey playing piano, Jiminy Cricket opening christmas carts and singing the theme song in the end.
