To-do list for The Vines:

Here are some tasks you can do:

To get this article up go GA status and beyond, here are some things we can all work on!

    In order of importance:

    1. Getting some great descriptions about musical style, showing perhaps how the sound has evolved over their career, citing songs, magazines, whatever.
    2. Critical reception and the hype, maybe under heading "The Hype" or something? It's a worthwhile issue that is central to the band.
    3. Direct quotes, statistics and facts need to be cited, especially in the latter half of the article.
    4. More in-depth information about each album, not just the tour schedule for each album.
      1. Especially updated info/press releases on the new album

    [edit] Musical style

This section needs a lot of work.

    [edit] Criticism and controversy

So does this. It's not just Asperger's Syndrome. There's the David Letterman incident, and the public backlash over their second album which didn't do nearly as well. Narcissus1x (talk) 14:06, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

    [edit] Discography

The title of the latest album is not yet confirmed. For all we know, it could be Braindead, but seeing this site strives to provide accurate information, the unconfirmed information should either be deleted or come with a note. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.142.67.122 (talk) 19:45, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

    • I thought it was confirmed? There was an article on undercover.com.au in which they got the scoop about the new details of the new Vines album called "Brain Dead." There it talked about the new single "He's a Rocker" too, and provided other information. [1] Do we need more sources for confirmation of the title? Or an official press release? Let me know what you think and I'll try to find more sources. :) Narcissus1x (talk) 22:40, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
