Perhaps there should be a spoiler warning for the trivia. Dumbledore's death is very important to the story and placing this very crucial information about the plot without spoiler warning is quite bad.

Do you think that's enough? For a person reading that chapter, it's still kind of revealing, cause there's a limited number of people on the tower, they could guess who it is. Well, I can't think of a better way to do it. But if you don't mind, I'll remove the link, since it leads directly to the character. I agree that the spoiler is both revealing and actually unnecessary, as the sentence that follows it ("Events in this chapter force Harry to abandon...") is sufficient for explaining the connection between the chapter and the Tarot card (with the additional explanation that the chapter also takes place in a tower). 70.170.51.235 10:16, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Unverifiable and unbalanced content

The article is just personal opinions from an occult enthusiast about the nature and meaning of a particular tarot card. No peer reviewed books or journal articles are cited. No references or footnotes are given. When a new statement is added, the source needs to be cited, and the source needs to be verifiable, and reliable. Waite is not an unbiased, factual source on the history or evolution of tarot cards. The work can be cited properly, however: "Waite's opinion in his book The Pictorial Key to the Tarot ... etc"

The card in question has a history of over 500 years in European card games in which it is used as trump card (see Tarocchi). The article is unbalanced in that it only features the recent uses of the card for divination. This makes the article biased due to its recentism. Since the article ignores use of the card for game play in Europe and other parts of the world, it offers an anglo-american perspective that raises NPOV issues. There are academic sources and sources from international organizations discussing the history and evolution of the "Tower" card (known variously in Tarot history as The Fire, The Lightening, The Thunderbolt, The House of the Devil (or the Damned) as well as its use in games. [edit] 9/11 in The Tower

I was just wondering if it is possible to cite the events of September 11th, 2001 as an event that parallels and matches The Tower struck by lightning? I don't think it would require too many sources to justify this addition since if you were to compare The Tower card with the Twin Towers with smoke then it would make much sense?
