Question: How mentioning Robert Downey Jr makes it meta reference?

[edit] Police Academy reference?

I think the scene where Brian and Joe tackle the guy with the drugs in his briefcase and Joe points a gun at him and yells "Don't move dirtbag" is a reference to the Police Academy character Laverne Hooks. Anyone thinks the same? # Ido50 (talk to me), at 12:27, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Useless Reference?

On the page it states the room number 42 was probably a reference to Douglas Adams? Give me a break. Given the production time of these episodes coming back from Korea, etc., I highly doubt that it is in reference to his death a couple months before the airing of the episode. 42 is used everywhere... if anything it IS a reference to the Hitchhiker's Guide, but certainly not an homage to him because of his death. If it is indeed, then show some references, don't just pull it out of your ass.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:FGTheThinWhiteLine.jpg

Image:FGTheThinWhiteLine.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Brian's day?

Does anyone know exactly what he said when asked about his day on cocaine? Or if I can find a video clip of it on YouTube? AndarielHalo (talk) 01:55, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] that thin red streak topped with a line of steel

that thin red streak topped with a line of steel, popularly contracted to "the thin red line", should probably be mentioned as at least an inspiration of the title (not every English speaker automatically knows the culture). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.245.218.57 (talk) 21:44, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
