I'm sorry, but this is so not the first feminist novel. In fact I feel that it fits best not into the feminist era, but into our post feminist times. There are many other novels which are more directly linked to the feminism.
Cpelkas 03:22, 13 May 2007 (UTC) I filled the article out with more plot details, however I would recommend further discussion of each of the characters. Especially since they have similar names and it can be difficult to remember who is who.
