This is a good start, refs reqd, pics. Welcome

[edit] Final paragraph

The wording of the final paragraph is extremely loaded, apart from which some of the detail is misleading. For example: 1 No mention is made of his parents (it is the parent's legal responsibility to send the child to school) and they will almost certainly have been the ones to institute preceedings. 2 The council did not try to force anything; they allocated what they thought was a suitable school place. 3 'Aspired' suggests much more than 'wanted'. 4 A hearing at a Special Educational Needs Tribunal can in no way be described as a 'court battle'. 5 Not strictly relevant to the paragraph as written, but the associated link does not read as if written by an expert in the field, and appears in an American journal that seems to have printed the report uncritically and with some ignorance of the affair (including the tag 'Changing Perspectives: London, England').

The article, if it is to keep reference to Andrew, needs to be better sourced as well as written in neutral language. Emeraude 12:43, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
