[edit] Tsuguri or Tsurugi?

Which is it?

It's Tsurugi, according to "Videohound's Dragon", which also gives the film a very high rating.

i added the video on archive.org although it is letterboxed and dubbed. if you have a better copy please upload it. also if anyone has a reference that Return of The Street Fighter is in Public Domain, i'll upload that as well. --AlexOv Shaolin 20:58, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
