I am very surprised that no one has started this article yet. This could really use a picture, if anyone has a fair use image. Slugmaster (talk) 07:19, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Speedy Deletion

I started this article when I was studying up on the history of the Splasher. While searching for "The Splasher", in quotes, on google comes up with 14,000 hits, there was no wiki article, so I started one. The Splasher was covered in international news magazines, including multiple articles in the New York Times, which went so far as to publish his/her entire 16-page manifesto. I fail to see how or why this warrants speedy deletion.

If you are not convinced, please see the following:

I could continue for a while citing articles on why this should be kept. Slugmaster (talk) 07:43, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

I believe the primary complaint, "The reason given is: It is an article about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content that does not indicate the importance or significance of the subject. (CSD A7" has been rectified, so I am removing the tag. Slugmaster (talk) 08:08, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
