Talk:The Show with No Name

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

  • I know that an article about a defunct Cable-access show -- from a first-time contributor, no less -- may raise questions about Notability. I've tried to document as many references as I could find to show the remarkable local popularity of this show and its importance among fans, but this is complicated by the ephemeral nature of the show and the fact that the show's creators purposefully kept from promoting the show apart from word of mouth or their live shows. The only public face kept by the show, apart from its null webpage, was its friendster account. If there is concern about notability with this article please advise as to how I can bolster its demonstrated relevance.--Mrflip 19:28, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Also, I do not know how to edit footnote-style references. I put what I hope are the correct raw materials at the bottom: if a more knowledgeable editor would care to clean this up and then remove this notes I would be very grateful. Alternatively, a pointer to a simple worked example would also help. Thanks.--Mrflip 19:28, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
