[edit] Bass

We ought to mention that the part of the mother is sung by a bass. I'm not sure where to get that into the current structure of the article, though. - Jmabel | Talk 07:49, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Satire

It's odd that this article doesn't mention at all that the "sins" Anna are tempted by are seen as such only by her hypocritical family and her "prudent" alter ego. For instance, her "pride" consists in not wanting to work in a strip club, her "lust" is wanting to marry the one she loves rather than marrying for money, her "anger" is righteous anger against the injustice of Mr. Big. 213.184.192.82 10:46, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

I agree. I saw this at the Edinburgh Festival last year, and it's very clear that the virtue lies in Anna's inclination to commit each "sin", but she is held back from doing so. I've added a section on this. RichardNeill 03:20, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
