[edit] UK editions

I've added basic information for the UK editions of the first two books in the infoboxes, but I don't have the third (which is now out of print, curses) so can't easily fill that in. Also, I have no idea who the cover artist for the UK editions is. JulesH 20:22, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
