[edit] Reasons of doodle's death

Doodle died because the narrator over-exerted him and that he was too dependent on the narrator. The death closely mirrors the death of the ibis. Btw, it was a red nightshade bush right?

The text said specifically "He was sitting on the ground, his face burried in his arms, which were resting on his drawn-up knees."

This does not make it sound like Doodle fell. It seems that he crouched down under a bush for shelter (possibly because of his condition, maybe to escape the rain), and internal bleeding killed him (though he may have had to rest in the first place because of said injuries). --71.107.59.207 01:58, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

Also, why does it say that Doodle's heart burst?

The story itself mentions nothing of his heart. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.107.59.207 (talk) 03:37, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Yes, Doodle died sitting on the ground and not because he fell on a poisonous bush. Prottos007 22:45, 8 November 2007 (UTC)

He couldn't have been bleeding while he was dead; that's physically impossible. 70.59.196.213 (talk) 04:53, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

this is a very good story. if i may say, myself.

[edit] Vandalism

Corrected a feeble attempt at vandalism at the end of the article.

[edit] Oh snap!

Seems to have been vandalized again. I tried reverting it but I'm too stupid to get it to revert to more than a messed up plot summary. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.115.51.99 (talk) 22:03, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

Fixed...I think —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.75.75.92 (talk) 02:03, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
