Ok, this page definitely exists, because I just created it. Now, this entry is totally valid and follows Wikipedia's policy. I'll be updating it as I go along, but please help me make it as non-biased as possible. I used this site to look up information for several real estate articles I was working on, was interested in knowing more about it since I hadn't heard of it before, so I went to Wikipedia (of course) and there's nothing on it; chances are, other people will want an unbiased look at it too.
