Can't quite understand why this should be speedy deleted. The band released an album and several singles, and toured nationally for a few years. They seem to me to meet WP:MUSIC. I've just created the article as a stub, but will try to find more info and refs, but this is proving difficult due to the number of bands called Rain/The Rain and the commonness of that term.--Michig (talk) 16:13, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

This seems familiar - I just removed a CSD from another article you created. The article was extra-stubby when created, but this one was actually pretty fleshed out, so I don't know what that's about. You may want to take it up with the person who tagged it.
