[edit] Chula Vista

I am unconvinced of the claim that the Chula Vista band, The Zeros, predates the The Plugz, or that they were notable. --evrik 14:15, 19 October 2006 (UTC)

I can only add that The Zeros first gigs were in 1975. Dont' know where that puts them vs. The Plugz in the timeline, or even why there needs to be one separated by race.

[edit] Alias?

This article seems to suggest that Tony Marsico and Barry McBride are different people; I was under the impression that the latter was an alias for the former. Twin Bird 22:44, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

They were definitely different guys. Barry McBride was a taller, Anglo guy. Tony Marsico was somewhat shorter and, as his name suggests, of Latino origin. Marsico was, IMHO, the better bassist, but the comparison is somewhat unfair, because the Plugz music was much more complex by the time Marsico joined. --Pinverarity 06:15, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
