I remember TOP in the year 2000, when I was at DC. My friends and I roared with laughter at what happens when a group of totally unsupervised 20-year-olds tries to write and edit a newspaper. Some stories were so brutally edited as to be unreadable. George415 (talk) 19:59, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
