Talk:The Numbers (website)

[edit] On speedy deletion

I can't hardly judge the previous version that was deleted. The Numbers is a box office tracking site, older (eleven years now) and (arguably) more detailed than Box Office Mojo. I read the reason for it's last deletion (here), and a simple "Google search of related terms [that] reveals only two results" is quite obviously the wrong one for a name as (un)original as The Numbers (it's like searching for And One on Amazon.com - you'll find anything feating the word and and one but not the music band). I've added several sites referencing the website. For additional results, try the-numbers.com+Bruce+Nash or "The Numbers"+Bruce+Nash for better results.

  1. Also there's quite a number of wiki pages that link here. JM.Beaubourg (talk) 15:49, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Bruce Nash

DanielVovak has created an internal link to Bruce Nash for the creator of The Numbers (incidently named Bruce Nash too). But a thorough research on the internet, especially on Bruce Nash which is more easily available, there's no information that corrobates that they are the same one. Thus I removed the internal link until someone can provide a reliable source. JM.Beaubourg (talk) 16:52, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
