This information is incorrect. The song "Shelter Me" is the song that should have this information. "The More Things Change" does not even make any reference to Tipper Gore.

The only part that is correct is that the video shows the band playing live with a saxophonist (which it shows for about two seconds) and backing singers. The "Shelter Me" music video is set up on what looks like a talk show stage.

Another detail, is that while The More Things Change is the first or "Lead-off" track of the album, the third song is indeed Shelter Me.
