Having tidied this page I am unable to confirm the date of completion v. opening. Arup says it was completed in 1999 whilst it appears to be opened in 2000. I've tried to add relevant references to this. Perhaps someone else knows the answer here and can reference it. Thanks SuzanneKn (talk) 22:37, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
