The song is about Hilary finding out about Lindsay Lohan and Aaron Carter and how she found out - Through the "Little Voice" in her head. The Little Voice was discovered to be Hilary's Best Friend, Shayeeda Mohan, an Indian from the southern state of Karnataka.

This information is very questionable, because this song is actually a cover of a Swedish singer Sahlene's song "The Little Voice" although the lyrics have been altered.
