I have been to Fouke, Arkansas myself, to investigate this matter. One bit of advice: Do NOT imply that the people are ignorant, lying, etc. That is a good way to get shot or stabbed if they feel insulted, ridiculed. Once a new highway is completed near Fouke, this city may capitalize on the "Fouke Monster" legend in a similar manner that Roswell has done with the alleged UFO crash. There is Bigfoot themed material all over the city. Martial Law 07:56, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Movie Content Question

Hi, does anybody know if there is profanity in this movie? I would like to buy it but I don't like to watch movies with profanity or using God's name in vain. -Rev. Daniel J.

It's rated PG, which may or may not answer your question. 68.39.174.238 04:45, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
There are some language issues as well as some violence related issues. Martial Law 02:00, 5 April 2006 (UTC) :)
wow!!! this movie scared me so bad when I was little (born in 1968) but I couldn't miss it when it was on tv. I try to tell people about it but no one knew what I was talking about..good to see it here-Mark

I checked it out from the library this weekend and I didn't hear any cursing. Thank you for your help. Rev. Daniel J.

Because Heaven forbid someone should swear in a movie, right? Like we all know, that kind of stuff NEVER happens in real life... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.71.166.34 (talk) 12:59, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:BoggyCreek.jpg

Image:BoggyCreek.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
