Just because many encyclopediesque articles are boring, doesn't mean that an article has to be written in a boring manner in order to be encyclopedia-worthy. Evocative prose like this conveys information vividly and entertainingly in a way that a duller sentence like "Ludlow wrote about alterations in his perceptions of time and space that, while probably novel to his drug-naive contemporaries, anticipated the more widespread modern descriptions of drug-induced hallucinations" does not, without losing any accuracy or NPOV. -Moorlock 20:17, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

Hasheesh is an Arabic word that, in English, essentially means drugs; yet there is no mention of the origin. Can someone find a place to put that little tidbit of information?--68.0.133.212 04:15, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
