[edit] Centralized move discussion
This article has been renamed from The Greater Good to The Greater Good (Lost) as the result of a move request.
- The following discussion is an archived discussion of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the proposal was - for consistency with other episodes of Lost as this is a common expression. Keith D (talk) 17:19, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
Per WP:LOST/Episode guidelines, this page should be moved from The Greater Good to The Greater Good (Lost), to make it consistent with the other Lost episodes at Category:Lost episodes. Anyone interested in supporting or opposing this move, or who believes that a different suffix should be used (such as "(Lost episode)"), or who wishes to comment in any way, is encouraged to participate at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject Lost/Episode guidelines#Name suffix. --Elonka 14:35, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- Given that "The Greater Good" is a commonly-used expression, rather than just the title of a Lost episode, I suggest this article gets moved to The Greater Good (Lost) and The Greater Good be modified into a redirect to Greater Good. If there are no objections I will perform this move on 2008-02-25.-- JediLofty User ¦ Talk 11:09, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- I can't move the page, as The Greater Good (Lost) already exists, as a redirect to The Greater Good, so I have made a request for administrator assistance. —Preceding unsigned comment added by JediLofty (talk • contribs) 10:49, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- Support. Also Greater Good should be moved to Greater good. Cross porpoises (talk) 19:13, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- Comment - I've performed the Greater Good -> Greater good move (I could do that as it didn't require that I be an admin!). I'm wondering if the move request should have been placed in the Uncontroversial proposals section. -- JediLofty User ¦ Talk 15:25, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
- Support the move and the redirect change per WP:NC(P) which recommends "adding a parethical (bracketed) disambiguator to the page name: for instance when both spellings are often or easily confused." In this case, only the article separates the two. — AjaxSmack 23:07, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:LOST121.jpg
Image:LOST121.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
