- Seems like good old Dartmoor folklore to me. Something not in the article is the tale of a 19th century Dartmoor schoolboy who was asked where the Devil lived. His answer was, "He lives to Widdecombe" - indicating the power of legend. Totnesmartin 16:35, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
