[edit] Notability

This isn't really notable outside of the KC Metro, but most people in the metro have probably heard of it, which is around 4-5 million people iirc. The mall itself probably gets at least a couple hundred thousand customers a year. Anyway, I'm going to put some links here both to show notability, and to hopefully incorporate them as references later. [edit] Expanded

I just finished adding a lot more information to this mall; it seems to be rather notable indeed! There are still a few gaps in this article though; perhaps someone could help? Specifically, I'm looking for:

  • Closure dates of Old Navy, Off 5th
  • Opening dates for Steve & Barry's, Famous Labels
  • Opening and closure dates of DSW Shoe Warehouse
  • More info on mall's downfall
  • Cancelled anchor? (there's one hole in the mall where an anchor should've been built)
  • Which anchors became which (i. e., what replaced Off 5th, Marshalls, Linens 'n Things)
  • Did Steve & Barry's move at some point?

Any help is appreciated. Ten Pound Hammer(Broken clamshellsOtter chirpsReview?) 03:50, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Sugar covered zombie jesus you took a lot of interest in this, considering you're in Michigan! Thanks for doing all that... I could ask my friend about this, but it wouldn't be reliable for Wikipedia's purposes. What are you talking about with the "hole where an anchor should've been"? I've been all over the mall, in the service exits and everything, and I can't think of anywhere there would be an anchor where there isn't already, unless it's that big maintenance hallway thing, but considering that's right in the middle of the mall I can't think of how the heck they would give it a store front. --Lucid 04:35, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
Sorry for the delay -- The "hole anchor" is at the bottom left of this map, below spaces 185 and 190. It looks like they planned an anchor store there but nothing ever came. Ten Pound Hammer(Broken clamshellsOtter chirps) 17:28, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
