Brian Ong's death
This article makes it appear as if Brian Ong was mainly responsible for his own death, according to the documentation of this case, All Pro Wrestling is mainly to blame. Here are some important facts from the case:
Mr. Ong suffered a concussion during a practice session and instead of being advised to seek medical attention and take time off from his training to fully recover, he was given a lower evaluation for not avoiding injuries and was told to continue practicing and performing.
All Pro Wrestling did not provide Mr. Ong with any protective gear or any supervision by APW staff, and the floor mats provided were not adequate to cushion the impact of such maneuvers.

- We would need a reliable and neutral source for this information. The actual verdict would probably provide that. The source provided above is obviously going to be very one-sided. However, if a reasonable consensus can be achieved with editors of this page, I am quite happy to make a protected edit before the protection expires. Additionally, I have reason to believe Verdict (talk · contribs) has been prohibited from any further vandalism and so would consider lifting the protection early. The problem here, though, is that this user regularly lies and so there's no good reason to believe the vandalism has stopped. --Yamla 00:02, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
I don't see how the above source appears to be unreliable and very one-sided if you've read it. The article is written by a law firm that covers certain cases, and if you took the time to read it, you would see that the very first sentence of the article gave the verdict:
Hayward, CA - The San Francisco Law Firm of Hersh & Hersh announced that an Alameda County Superior Court jury quickly reached a unanimous verdict earlier this week in the case against the owner of All Pro Wrestling ("APW") of Hayward, California, finding the wrestling school liable for reckless behavior. Where's your proof? You probably work for APW. MackyMackn 00:19, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
For all of your arguements and statements, I have edited the article so that it reads Singh contributed to the death as killed sounds malicious, which an accident is not. Madslocodemente 01:50, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
I fixed your vandalism and blatant disrespect to the dead.
I do hope you are not talking to me there, all I did was change the wording so that it did not make Dalip Singh sound like a murderer. I like the way it is now worded, reads well and gives clarity to the situation. Madslocodemente 22:32, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
Where Has Khalis photo gone?
Please have his at least one photo at the page
Khali's Last name is Rana

Khali's photos
Hello!I would request the editors this page to have some more photos of khali.Since now he is a big superstar,it doesnt look good to just have only one photo of him. So,plz if you have good photos of him,plz upload it & paste it on yhemain page of khali.
Awesome new pic of Khali. The guy is huge.
I would love to see more of his bodybuilding photos. I heard that the guy has won Mr. India! There must be some pictures of him ripped to threads at 380 lbs or so. :)
They could put GreatKhaliStance.jpg before his World Title reign. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kennedyniles (talk • contribs) 02:02, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Page Protection a good idea.
This page has been heavily vandalized. Someone even moved the page. I think this page should be protected. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by The Showster (talk • contribs) 23:46, 18 January 2007 (UTC).
- I don't think it is too badly vandalized and if a few editors keep an eye on it then it will be fine. --Justanother 16:35, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
Proposed Move
I've been wondering if maybe soon we should consider moving this page to the Great Khali. He's starting to get more well-known, and that's generally what Wikipedia does with some wrestlers after a period of time. ---Seabiscuit_1982 19:02, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
Protect not working
The Semi-Protection on this page is not functioning.
- An admin has to apply protection (or semi-protection), you can request it at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. Just putting a template on a page has no effect.--Commander Keane 01:09, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
Correction
The Great Khali is not the Intercontinental Champion. Jeff Hardy retained his championship on RAW. Khali did win the match however, but only by count-out, in which the belt does not change hands. -Divided_sum January 29, 2007
Khali's
Khali has also worked for the milk brand in Punjab "dudh piyo verka"
- Hi. Can you provide any link to back that up? Even to a milk ad in non-English language would be better than nothing. See WP:CITE. Thanks --Justanother 13:40, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
Vandalism
Why has an alleged description of his family's genitalia been allowed to remain in the article? Needless to say, it has been deleted. For anyone who feels that it is necessary, and I can't believe anyone would, please show a reference of some sort to substaniate the claim. Lincoln187 11:08, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
"- When asked about the size of his family members, Singh said that all other members of his family, including his parents and siblings, are of normal height."
I don't see anything about genitalia in what he removed. The size of his family members. Like are ther other really tall people in his family
- Actually, there was at one point. I had removed it and didn't leave a note, I apologize. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_Great_Khali&diff=next&oldid=113143794 64.254.37.147 08:43, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
In the very last line under 2007 it says something about his sexuality and I was just wondering if that's supposed to be there or not
Khali moving around
What is the deal with this guy? First he is on Smackdown, the ECW, then he goes to raw. Why has he been moved around so much? Big Boss 0 14:49, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
Khali's been moved around because they can't use him in a decent storyline so they throw him from brand to bran, fighting the big guys. He's just a bad gimmick, really. But the discussion doesn't really belong here, though. Slayer425 17:33, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
Gigantism?
I read on www.khali.info that he did'nt have any sort of gigantism, but in the bottom of Khali's wikipedia, thers a link called people with gigantism. When you click on the link, it shows you a list of people with gigantism and the name Dalip Singh is listed. Should it be removed? Emilos 06:24, 12 March 2007 (UTC)emilos
the page of the great khali is not updated time to time. plzz see on this matter. after all he is the pride of india
he doesnt have gigantism. if he did then he wuld be fat, not muscly gigantism keeps the human body growing no matter wat age u are. thts why andre the giant is difficult to figure out. he was 7'0 wen he was 20yrs but in his 30's hes meant to be 7'4, but in real life he was meant to be 7'0.
ARTICLE UPDATE
I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT THE ARTICLE OF THE GREAT KHALI IS NOT UPDATED TIME TO TIME.PLZZ SEE ON THIS MATTER AS UR DUTY IS TO UPDATE THOSE ATICLES —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Absurdoriginal (talk • contribs) 07:14, 15 March 2007 (UTC).
Week by week events are not added to wrestling articles. This is not a dedicated wrestling website. This is an encyclopedia. Only the most notable events in his career are added here. If you want a week by week synopsis of his career I suggest you find a fansite on The Great Khali. Bmg916 Speak to Me 17:43, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
Um, i think being at wrestlemania is an important part of his career dont you t hink so why isnt that added
The page is protected from anyone to edit except administrators due to vandalism and no one really thought about making an edit request because they are more important things to be done right now than adding one sentence to this article. Bmg916SpeakSign 11:58, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
Name
Shouldn't this be under "Dalip Singh Rana?"
-
- Agreed, all articles i've seen claim his name is Dalip Singh Rana and not Joel Belman. The article states clearly that his familys name is Rana and "Joel Belman" doesn't sound very Indian to me.
Whats with the title over his picture?
Sorry, I'm not sure how wikipedia works or if anyone will read this message but why does the title over his picture say 'Fat Paki'? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.71.122.94 (talk) 22:52, 14 May 2007 (UTC).
Height/Weight Corrections ?
I have heard the ring announcers announce his height/weight as is currently on Wikipedia. However, other wrestlers, ring announcers, even the McMahons mention (7'5", 450 lbs.) as his height and weight. Anybody else notice this? Chicablog 23:32, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
yes they do say 7'5 but 7'3 is what the WWE offically bill him at. Most of the guys in the WWE are well short of his height and if Kane can get away with 7'0 then they will try to make this guy as big as possible. Legit Khali is about 7'0.5-7'1
In the Longest Yard they claimed that he had been measured and was officially 7'10"
look at pics of him next to giant silva, giant silva is 7'2, or meant to be, but he looks shorter than khali. they pulled him off as 7'5 on wwf. i think khali is 7'2. he looks it too, has one inch ovver big show and hes like 7'0 or he says 7'1. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 222.154.47.7 (talk) 08:05:01, August 19, 2007 (UTC)
How could he be 7'10, look at him next to a 6'3 batista, and he is taller than him but he is not THAT much taller than him. Like the person above me said, he is only about 7'0.5 or 7'1 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.113.39.210 (talk) 01:46, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

Meaning of "Khali" in Hindi is "Empty"
I tried adding this information in the page, but someone deleted it , saying it's "unsourced".
Do translations require sources?
Madan | Talk 09:08, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
- Khali is derived from the name of the Indian Goddess Kaali and not the word that means empty. Correctus 07:52, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

- I will revert all the edits that do blatant advertising, they are not references, references are given from credible sources and Onlineworldofwrestling.com is not a credible source at all, therefore please stop quoting Onlineworldofwrestling everywhere, I'm removing the references right now.
Also, if you really are that willing to cite references, use the WWE site to find out references of Khali's previous matches and cite them. Thats credible, if you want to cite his personal information, go to his fansite. - Correctus 04:15, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

Who were the people in the battle royal?
- The preceding unsigned comment was written by User:Candice michelles biggest fan at 19:11 18 July 2007; please remember to sign your posts. That said, it doesn't matter who was entered in the battle royal; except for perhaps the man he last eliminiated (and I'm not sure even that should go per WikiProject Wrestling agreements), such information would be more appropriate for a fan site, not Wikipedia. Finishing Moves !
I'd like to know WHY Khali's finishing moves are systematically renamed, since WWE has recognized that "Giant Chokeslam" & "Giant Chop" ARE the REAL names of those ? (cf. Judgment Day 2007) 89.80.20.186 17:05, 22 July 2007 (UTC) Krys3000
- There's now another finish for Khali. If someone could Add It. It's The Iron Claw. ~~ Krys3000
- Also, the Giant Chop is called the "Brain Chop" - Jmar

Thanks to the edit lock, I cant do it myself, but is there any chance that part of the section under Championships and Accomplishments be rephrased to read "Has a pinfall victory over The Undertaker" as what is currently written is hard to understand Lynx Raven Raide 03:15, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
Page Edit
Why cant we edit the article and if we cant someone should the Iron Claw (Clawhold) in there

Also the other nervehold he uses.
- Well, they should be added, but only as signature moves, rather than an finisher...On the other hand, I agree that the claw should be one of the finishers if not the first one Starsfan32 15:55, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Khali swearing in Hindi/Indian
Well, I've been talking to someone from India, and he says that when Khali is talking, he's usually swearing in Hindi/Indian.
