It was actually his late brother's estate. Throckmorton Guildersleeve (talk) 19:55, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
It is his late sister's estate. The kids are named Forester and Gildersleeve made several references to his sister, especially in early episodes. MikeR1854 (talk) 13:13, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
