"Zhang" (脏, zāng) means dirty in Mandarin Chinese while "Gan Jin" (干净, gānjìng) means clean.
I removed the citation tag. There is no need for it. Any Chinese speaker can confirm the similarities between the tribe names and their literal meanings of dirty and clean.
