[edit] Why was 5:67 removed?

I removed it because the controversy is not really over the verse, it is over the succession. The relevance of the verse is explained under Hadith of the pond of Khumm. It makes little sense out of context. -anon

Well, it does not change the matter that the dispute is about *when* the verse was revealed, much more than what it means. What it means is a giveaway when the timing is established.--Striver 20:52, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Why so many sections?

There are almost as many secitions as sentences. ~ MD Otley (talk) 08:37, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
