I am by no means an expert here, but I'll try. 01:25, 8 March 2006 (UTC) Previous unsigned comment by 70.248.176.145

[edit] Missing Cities

I just finished reading the first book, Eragon, and although I'm not quite sure how it all works out in Eldest (that's where I'll need help), I can help with some of the missing cities. I added Daret, which made a brief cameo appearance in the first book; some others that need writing about could be:

  • Ceunon, the "great Northern city"
  • Bullridge, the village that they passed to get into the Hadarac
  • Belatona, the city that is at the source of the Jiet river
  • Narda, the port city that was "too small" for the Ra'zac to gather in
  • Feinster, a southern city
  • Aroughs, an isolated center of trade nearby Surda
  • Furnost, a city on Tudosten Lake
  • Eoam, the village on the largest of the islands to the south

We can also write about the following bodies:

  • Vroengard, the island that housed the once-bustling city Doru Areaba
  • Sharktooth, the island nearby Teirm
  • Beirland, Illium, Uden, Parlim, and Nia; the islands to the south, nearby Surda

I think all the bases are covered, but we can still go above and beyond here.

[edit] The Spine

The book Eragon specifically mentions that Galbatorix could not successfully lay claim to the Spine; should it even be on here?
