[edit] Editors' names

Do you all think we should list the names of recent editors? I don't think we should, given that they are not really notable figures. I include myself in that category, since I also am a former Current editor. I could see listing notable Current alumni, however. Kirkman 03:24, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Alumni

This alumni list looks suspiciously similar to the one on the main UMSL page. Are these Current alumni or general UMSL alumni? Either way it could be wiki'd up a bit. --MTHarden (talk) 15:08, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

That's because someone copied the names from The Current article and pasted them into the UMSL article (see here).
The list on The Current page are definitely Current alumni. Many of the older names appeared in a list of Current alumni which was published in the paper's 1000th issue (Oct. 2000).
However, I'm not sure that all of the folks on The Current list necessarily graduated from UMSL. For example, Kevin Slaten. He was listed as The Current's sports editor at one time, but that doesn't mean he graduated from UMSL. Kirkman (talk) 01:35, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
