It appears this article is half about "The complete truth about de-evolution" and half about "In The Beginning Was The End: The Truth About De-evolution". "complete truth" is a video compilation, originally released on laserdisc, then on dvd. It contains "In The Beginning Was The End: The Truth About De-evolution" which is a short video made by devo in their early days. That was the 10 min video that won the award and inspired Bowie.
