I think it merits a page because it is an official release by a major artist, containing new music not included on other releases. It is more than a non-notable DVD release of music videos. It was certified Gold by the RIAA, marking more than 500,000 units sold. It was covered by non-trivial sources, such as VIBE Magazine and Roc-a-Fella. It is featured as a major release on the discography of Kanye West on websites such as MTV.com and BBC.co.uk.
