[edit] Rewrote article and some notes
I completely rewrote this article using Chinquapin's website as my primary source and an article by David Medina (a Chinquapin alumnus) as a secondary reference. A few notes:
- Texas Monthly is a magazine, not a journal. That said, cite journal was the only citation template I could find which featured fields for volume and issue number. If a more suitable template exists, feel free to update the reference.
- Having gone to Chinquapin, I consider this article notable. Others are free to disagree, But, here's one claim of notability for deletionists out there:
- Chinquapin is especially unique in that it offers college-preparatory education to lower-income students on scholarship, focusing primarily on minorities.

[edit] Junior high soccer
Can't seem to find any verification for the following on the Chinquapin website: "The Junior High Soccer team ended up undefeated with an impressive 14-0 record." If anyone else does, feel free to let me know so I can add it back to the article. jareha (comments) 21:37, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Accuracy check of Athletics needed
IP:24.173.237.199 has been vandalizing some other articles and recently made changes to the athletics section of this article. While the edits to other articles are clearly vandalism I don't know if the changes made here are. If someone knoweldgable about this school can check the Athletics record and make sure the edit was legit I'd appreciate it. -- Monty845 02:34, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
