If anyone has access to Star-Phoenix archives, I clearly remember that when the redevelopment of County Fair Plaza into Circle Park Mall was announced, the plan was to include a West Edmonton Mall-style amusement park. I even remember seeing a floorplan published which showed this. Obviously the idea was quashed. Can anyone provide a source for this?
