This is an excellent outline of the book. But I'm seeing red -- too much. No criticism of what's there, which is fine. But possibly the key ideas of key chapters could be expanded on (not necessarily in chapter form). A fuller exposition might tempt more readers to visit the original.

Its an old article of mine that needs copyedit and expansion. Some redlinks possibly can be redirected to existing article.
