Nice article but ... is it sufficiently different from "The Twa Sisters" to deserve a separate entry? There are only minor variations from the traditional song. Wouldn't it be better as an extra paragraph or two within "The Twa Sisters"? In that way we could compare the versions rather better, and get a fuller list of recorded versions. I concur. This article is unnecessary, and quoting the lyrics entirely is probably a copyright violation. The note at the end about Altan's version of the ballad is downright silly, to be frank, because there are hundreds of variant recordings of at least a couple dozen versions out there. I personally have (I think) about a dozen in my music collection and no two share a melody. The Twa Sisters does a decent job of cataloging the various versions already.
