[edit] Global Re-release Track Listings
Below is the track listing for the 12 albums to be released in a coordinated CD and digital re-release in early 2008. The first four albums have received a detailed digital restoration and stereo remix vastly improving over the previous mono only CD releases.
Notably for the first time each album includes single releases, b-sides and bonus tracks that were recorded during the album sessions. Significantly the "Magical Mystery Tour" and "Yellow Submarine" recordings are presented together with bonus tracks recorded in the post Sgt. Pepper" period presented as "Magical Submarine". This chronological approach draws together an album worth of recordings made in late 67 and early 68 and more completely fills the gap between "Sgt.Pepper" and the "White album".
Other notable differences include the first presentation of a true stereo version of "Thank You Girl" & "Leave My Kitten Alone" and the original stereo version of "Across the Universe" made by George Martin before applying the 'wildlife' noises for the WWF charity release on "No One's Gonna Change Our World".
