Why February 20 in particular? Probably convenience. I doubt you'll find a reliable source about why that's the date they chose. As for if it's modeled after someone, I'm guessing it's not modeled after anyone in particular, but again, it needs a source. SchuminWeb (Talk) 01:38, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
