[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:The ascension.jpg

Image:The ascension.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:29, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WTF?!?!

This album is not progressive. Wtf is that tag doing there? If anything, it should read rap metal/death metal/metalcore ... or anything apart from prog metal.75.60.228.247 01:14, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

--> I'm with ya mate. It nees to be altered. Its Alternative Metal and Nu Metal.

Has anyone noticed the track listing on here is wrong? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.177.196.80 (talk) 21:52, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

Track listing is from the non-explicit album. Explicit album has 15 tracks inc. Exothermic Oxidation.

The track listing has been edited several times now, but hopefully we can now keep it the way it is printed on the cover of the album. Both on the backside of the cover and in the lyrics listing the first track is "Eet The Children", not "Eat The Children". The sixth track uses an ampersand, not the printed word "and", so it is "Noose & Nail". Also, on the track listing normal caps are used for the words "of" and "the". Small caps are used instead of lowercase on the track listing, but apart from that, what I just edited into the listing is exactly the same as it is listed on my official BestBuy version. Finally, everywhere the album's name is mentioned on the covers and in the insert it is called "the_Ascension" with lower case at the begining as well as an underscore in between the words. If an official statement can be used as a reference saying any of this was only for artistic reasons, go ahead and change it, but otherwise leave it as listed on the album. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.225.176.237 (talk) 11:39, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
