Stress: The Extinction Agenda is the second full-length album by Queens hip hop duo Organized Konfusion, released on August 16, 1994 on Hollywood BASIC. The group went outside their past self-production, and got help from future star beat-makers Buckwild and Rockwilder. The album features A Tribe Called Quest's Q-Tip and O.C.. The album's track order was well planned, with each song flowing into the next with small changes in tones, though there are many moods on the album as a whole. The album showcases a wide variety of emotions, starting from "Intro" with frustration, then stress, confusion, sorrow, anger, sadness, playfulness, but then takes a sharp turn with "Stray Bullet", which paints a depressing picture. This track is preceded by some playful songs and followed by the uplifting "Maintain", which results with the listener leaving the album with a sense of hope, while staying aware of the brutalities of life.
The cover was painted by the late Matt Reid aka Matt Doo, who committed suicide. Prince Po later wrote a song, "Be Easy", dedicated to him off his album The Slickness.
In 1998, the album was selected as one of The Source Magazine's 100 Best Rap Albums.
