Ring of Fire: The Best of Johnny Cash is the sixteenth album by country singer Johnny Cash, released on Columbia Records in 1963 (see 1963 in music). Despite its name, it is not solely a "greatest hits" album, as only some of the songs had been recorded previously by Cash. In fact, "Ring of Fire", one of Cash's most famous tracks, first appeared on this album, and six songs in total became singles, the title song achieving the greatest success.
