R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece is an album by rapper Snoop Dogg. It was released on November 23, 2004. Most of the production is by Virginia Beach based producers The Neptunes.

The album sold about 225,000 copies in its first week and debuted at number six on Billboard 200 chart.[1] It has sold about 1.7 million copies in the U.S. to date according to SoundScan.[2]
